• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

3. Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in euros (€) and include VAT.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and others as listed on the checkout page.

4. Delivery Time

• Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

5. Shipping Methods

• We use Omniva Parcel Machines for all deliveries across Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Omniva provides convenient and secure parcel collection from automated parcel lockers, located across the country.

6. Shipping Costs

• Free shipping is available for orders delivered to Liepaja.

• For all other locations in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the package.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Our return policy allows you to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

8. Consumer Rights

• As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to cancel your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs from the use of our website or products, except in cases of proven negligence.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods you ordered.
